For the last 25 years Lifeline Hospital has conducted over 600 free medical camps and distributed free medicines along with Rotary club, District health administration, Media and various government authorities. Lifeline hospital has organized regular fee medical camps, chest and TB camps, family planning camps, immunization camps, cancer awareness and detection camps, school health check up camps along with its NGO partners

Lifeline hospital has conducted a reproductive and child health project in collaboration with UNICEF for the urban slums of Ludhiana. Lifeline Hospital has trained 400 Community Health Volunteers (CHVs), selected from the urban slum so that they can help their own people about sanitation, hygiene and for the control of certain communicable diseases. Another project for the community service was funded by the Society of Services for Voluntary Agency (SOSVA) in 2003. It has also completed Highway Ambulance Project.
Hospital has been given DOTS Centre for TB treatment and is helping in various immunization programs Bausch & Lomb, a multi-national company has also organized Preventive Blindness Training programme at Lifeline Hospital.
More than 100 Continuing Medical Education (CME) seminars have been organized for doctors & paramedical staff to keep them updated with the latest technology.
